01Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GTAO Trading, including its accounts, listings, community features, and notifications (the “Service”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live.
02The Service
GTAO Trading is a community platform operated from the United States for GTA Online players to discover vehicle information, publish listings and wanted posts, share customisation and crew-colour information, and interact with other users. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. GTAO Trading is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. GTA Online and related marks belong to their respective owners.
03Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your password and sign-in methods. You are responsible for activity through your account. Notify us through our About & Contact page if you believe it has been accessed without permission. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create an account to evade a suspension or ban.
04Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile details, listings, wanted posts, comments, images, vouches, suggestions, and crew colours (“User Content”). You grant GTAO Trading a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, and display User Content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to post it.
05Community rules
Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, discriminate against, or exploit others; post spam, scams, malware, deceptive listings, or content intended to manipulate reputation; collect users' personal information without permission; bypass security; infringe rights; or violate applicable law, game/platform rules, or these Terms.
06Trading and safety
GTAO Trading does not buy, sell, inspect, verify, guarantee, broker, or fulfil transactions between users. Listings, wanted posts, comments, vouches, and profile information are supplied by users. You are solely responsible for evaluating other users and deciding whether to proceed. Do not buy, sell, trade, advertise, solicit, or arrange the transfer of GTA Online vehicles through the Service in exchange for real-world money or digital currency, including cryptocurrency. Do not share credentials or sensitive financial information; report suspected scams or misconduct.
07Moderation and enforcement
We may, but are not required to, review User Content and activity. We may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, or comply with law. Moderation decisions do not make us responsible for User Content or user interactions.
08Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Discord for sign-in. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or transactions.
09Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs, and do not endorse or guarantee any user, listing, vehicle information, User Content, or interaction outcome. GTAO Trading and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the updated version here and change the date below; for material changes, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable.
